Made with 100% Nebbiolo grapes from the vineyard site location Castellizzano in Treiso. Directions North-West. Average yield 50 hl / ha. Planting year 2000. Altitude 400 mt.

WINE
Vinification in steel tanks at controlled temperature of 28 degrees for 6-7 days

AGEING
5/6 months in used French oak barrels

TASTING NOTES
Ruby red color with garnet. Fine, delicate, persistent and characteristic with hints of berries. Pleasantly bitterish, velvety good complexity, fresh and persistent.

AT THE TABLE
Entrees of meat and vegetables, fondue with truffles, agnolotti, white meats and medium-aged cheeses. Serve at 18°
